Direct marketing strategies: gaining users’ contact information

We will construct a large database of users with full contact information, a project we have already started with the highscore database from the current Flash games. This will allow for direct marketing to each person and the ability to suggest specific products to them based on things that they have previously shown an interest in, such as purchases. This would coincide with the example of someone buying a bow and/or arrows and then being advised to also buy targets. This suggestion could be sent to the user via email or onscreen when purchasing.

We also have the technology to track each user and keep specific settings the way they like them. This has two large benefits. The first benefit is that it leads to happier customers, because they are able to customize their experience. Secondly, it allows statistical tracking, which enables full statistics on each visitor entering and leaving your websites. With 99% accuracy, we can know if the visiting person has purchased anything in the past, been to any of your websites or has just come from one of your websites. All of this information is stored in SQL servers and can be accessed at any time.

Dynamic advertising: advertising on the fly

CVW3 Design can provide fluid advertisements that can be distributed to your current advertisers. Traditionally, if you want to update an advertisement for any reason, you would have to email the newest ad to all of your current advertising portals, waiting for them to update at their convenience. Instead, we have a system that allows for instant updating of all of your advertisements without having to contact your current ad portals. With our system, you only have to distribute one last ad which dynamically updates itself whenever the need arises, without any other interaction or delay. This system also provides full statistics such as total clicks, total views, and average time for each view of your advertisement. Full control allows for entirely accurate statistics without any manipulation.

Social media: reach out to your customers

Facebook has 390 million daily users, and Twitter has 53 million daily users. With that many active users, it would be silly to not tap into such a powerful resource. Social media websites like Facebook track each user and allow for targeted advertising for almost any demographic. By utilizing this power, you will establish a better reputation with a larger base of customers. With Twitter, we can track what people are saying about your company and its products, enabling a more personal approach to each customer. Knowing which customers are satisfied or unsatisfied with their experience allows you to attempt to compensate, making it more likely that they will become satisfied customers, who will in turn recommend your company to others. If you’ve ever purchased something only to find out the warranty hotline doesn’t exist, you can see the value in being able to contact anyone from the company via email, or your favorite social media platform. This allows for the most personal connection with each client in a cost effective and streamlined manor.
